Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service and defines conduct that is prohibited on Empire Experience and all related products, including Rich Off Travel AI. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination, forfeiture of prepaid fees, and referral to law enforcement.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not, and may not permit others to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Upload, generate, or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or promotes violence or self-harm.
- Use the Service to create or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, or deepfakes of real individuals without their consent.
- Impersonate any person, brand, business, or venue.
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or unsolicited brand pitches in violation of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CASL, GDPR, PECR, or similar laws.
- Misrepresent your audience size, engagement, demographics, or endorsements to brands or the public.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Service or its outputs.
- Bypass authentication, rate limits, paywalls, watermarks, or usage caps.
- Introduce malware, viruses, worms, or any harmful code, or launch DoS/DDoS or credential-stuffing attacks.
- Use the Service to compete with the Company, benchmark for a competing product, or train a competing model.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access, outputs, or subscription credentials.
- Use AI outputs to file fraudulent visa, insurance, tax, banking, or legal claims.
- Submit prompts intended to elicit output that infringes intellectual-property rights, discloses another person's private information, or provides operational advice for weapons, terrorism, or serious crimes.
- Use the Service in high-risk activities where failure could cause death, personal injury, or environmental damage.
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for content you submit, generate, publish, or transmit. AI-generated output may be inaccurate; verifying it before use is your responsibility. Publishing AI output without required disclosures (e.g., FTC endorsement rules for sponsored content, platform AI-disclosure rules) is your responsibility.
Reporting Abuse
Report violations to abuse@empireexperience.org. Include URLs, screenshots, and any evidence. We investigate all reports and cooperate with law enforcement where required.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, throttle or suspend accounts, and terminate access without notice. Enforcement decisions are at our sole discretion. Nothing in this AUP limits any other right or remedy we may have.
