Subscriptions (Rich Off Travel AI)
Rich Off Travel AI is offered as a monthly recurring subscription. Where offered, new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends from your account settings or by emailing hello@empireexperience.org and you will not be charged.
After the trial, your subscription auto-renews at the then-current price until canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds or prorated credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or forgotten cancellations, except as required by applicable law.
Digital Products (One-Time Purchases)
Digital guides, ebooks, PDFs, templates, and any other digital products (including "Rich Off Travel — The Complete Guide") are delivered instantly upon successful payment. By purchasing you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal where such waiver is permitted. All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
Third-Party Travel Bookings
We do not sell, book, or process payment for travel. Flights, hotels, private jets, yachts, car rentals, tours, and experiences referenced on this site are booked and paid for directly on the third-party provider's own platform, under that provider's terms and cancellation policy. All payment, change, cancellation, and refund questions for those bookings must be raised with the third-party site you booked on — we have no access to those transactions and cannot modify, cancel, or refund them.
Brand Offer Listings
Paid brand listings on our creator offer board are $99 per listing for a 90-day placement, or an optional auto-renewing plan billed by Stripe at $33/month (the same $99 per 90 days) that keeps the listing live until the brand cancels. Cancelling auto-renewal stops future charges only — the period already billed is not refunded or pro-rated. Placement is delivered as soon as payment clears, so listing fees are non-refundable in all circumstances — including where no creator claims the offer, where the brand withdraws it or changes its mind, where the copy or links supplied were wrong, or where the listing is held, unpublished, or removed for breaching our Brand Listing Terms or Acceptable Use Policy. We do not issue partial refunds, pro-rated credits, extensions in lieu of refunds, or transfers of a fee to another listing. A listing buys placement only — never a guaranteed number of claims, applications, posts, bookings, or results. Any comp, discount, rate, or gifting arrangement agreed between a brand and a creator is a direct agreement between them; we are not a party to it and do not handle payment between them.
Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in cases of duplicate charges, verified technical failures preventing access, or where required by applicable consumer-protection law. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge with sufficient detail to investigate.
How to Cancel
- Go to your account page and click "Manage subscription."
- You'll be taken to Stripe's secure billing portal where you can cancel instantly.
- Or email hello@empireexperience.org from your account email and we'll cancel for you.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with us are a breach of our Terms and may result in account termination, loss of access to all purchased products, and collection of amounts owed.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Refunds, when granted, are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
