Respecting Copyright
Empire Experience respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) ("DMCA") and similar laws in other jurisdictions.
Submitting a DMCA Notice
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its URL(s) on the Service.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was in error, send a counter-notice to the address above including your signature, identification of the removed material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., for the Middle District of Florida).
Repeat Infringers
We may terminate the accounts of users we determine to be repeat infringers.
