Brand Posting FAQ

Everything a hotel, restaurant, villa, charter, yacht, car service, activity operator, club host, or travel brand needs to know before posting a creator offer to Empire Experience members — $99, one time, live for 90 days.

List your offer — $99

90-day placement · non-refundable · no commission

Read this first

The $99 listing fee buys placement only and is non-refundable in every circumstance. Digital products sold on this site are non-refundable for the same reason. Any travel booked through a partner or affiliate link is handled entirely on that third party's site under their payment, cancellation, and refund policy.

01. What is the brand offer board?

It is a members-only board inside Empire Experience where travel businesses advertise a collaboration offer to our paying creator members. Members browse the board, claim the offers they qualify for, and contact you directly. You keep full control of who you say yes to.

02. Who can post an offer?

Any legitimate business that can actually deliver what it advertises, including:

  • Hotel & resort
  • Villa & private rental
  • Restaurant & bar
  • Private jet & charter
  • Yacht & sailing
  • Tour, activity & experience
  • Club host & promoter
  • Car service & transport
  • Gear & product
  • Travel service

You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business named in the listing. We decline personal accounts, resellers posting someone else's inventory without permission, MLM and recruitment offers, and anything unlicensed.

03. What does the $99 fee include?

One listing, live on the board for 90 days, in front of our members. That is placement and exposure — nothing more. It does not buy a number of claims, applications, replies, posts, impressions, bookings, followers, or revenue, and we do not promise any outcome. There is no commission, no success fee, and no cut of anything you agree with a creator. At checkout you can also choose optional auto-renewal at $33/month — the same $99 per 90 days, except the listing renews instead of expiring. It is never selected for you, and you can cancel it at any time.

04. How do I post one, step by step?

  1. Create a free account and open Post a Brand Offer.
  2. Write the offer: category, what you are giving, who it is for, follower minimum, platforms, deliverables, dates, and how creators reach you.
  3. Accept the Brand Listing Terms and pay the $99 fee through Stripe.
  4. Your listing publishes automatically as soon as payment clears, then runs for 90 days.
  5. Verify your brand with a one-time code sent to a mailbox on your own domain to earn the Verified badge.
  6. Creators claim the offer and contact you. You close it on your own terms.

05. What kinds of offers work best?

The board supports these offer types:

  • Comped stay or experience
  • Percentage discount
  • Flat creator rate
  • Commission / affiliate
  • Product gifting
  • Paid collaboration

The offers that get claimed most are specific: name the exact trade (what the creator gets, what you want back), the dates or blackout periods, and the minimum following. Vague "collab opportunities" get skipped.

06. Are listing fees refundable?

No. Listing fees are non-refundable in all circumstances. Placement is a digital product delivered the moment payment clears, so the fee is final — including if no creator claims your offer, if you change your mind, pause or delete the listing early, if your offer sells out or your business closes, if you supplied the wrong copy, dates, links, or contacts, or if the listing is held, edited, unpublished, rejected, or removed for breaking our rules.

We do not issue partial refunds, pro-rated credits, extensions instead of refunds, or transfers of a fee to another listing or account. Filing a chargeback on a delivered listing breaches the Brand Listing Terms; we contest it with your recorded acceptance and may permanently refuse future listings. Digital products sold elsewhere on this site are non-refundable for the same reason — see our Refund Policy.

07. How does brand verification work?

When you submit a listing we run automated checks on your public website, then email a one-time code to an address on your own domain. Confirming that code puts a Verified badge on your listing, and we re-check verified brands automatically each week. Verified listings get claimed noticeably more often. Your listing stays live either way. The badge means those signals passed — it is not an endorsement, credit check, or licence check by us.

08. Who reviews listings, and can mine be removed?

Listings are screened automatically and publish once payment clears; anything flagged is held for human review. We may edit, hold, unpublish, reject, or delete any listing, and refuse future listings, at our sole discretion and without refund — for example if the offer is misleading, unsafe, unlawful, discriminatory, sexual, off-topic, asks creators to hide a paid or comped relationship, or pushes members off-platform to something unrelated. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

09. Who handles the collaboration itself?

You and the creator, directly. Empire Experience publishes your listing — you fulfil it. Any comp, discount, rate, commission, gifting, stay, flight, charter, meal, or experience is a direct agreement between you and that creator. We are not an agent, broker, employer, representative, or fiduciary of either side, we never process, hold, or escrow payment between you, and we do not verify creator follower counts, engagement, audience quality, or whether they will deliver. Vetting, contracting, insurance, and legal compliance — including advertising-disclosure rules — are yours.

10. What about bookings made on other sites?

We do not sell, book, or process payment for travel. Where our site links out to a booking partner or affiliate, that transaction happens on the third party's own platform under their terms. All payment, change, cancellation, refund, and service questions for those bookings must be raised with the site you booked on — we cannot see, modify, or refund a transaction we never processed.

11. Can I edit, pause, or renew a listing?

Yes — you can edit the details and pause or delete a listing from your brand dashboard at any time, and edits may be re-screened before they go back up. Pausing or deleting early does not refund or extend the fee. When the 90 days are up, the listing expires and you can publish a fresh one for $99. If you chose auto-renewal at checkout, Stripe bills $33/month and the listing simply keeps running — cancel it from “Your listings” and it stays live through the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not refund or pro-rate a period that has already been billed.

12. What data do I get about creators?

When a member claims your offer we tell you about the claim and reveal your stated contact route to that member so they can reach you. Each side handles the other's information as an independent controller and may not use it for unrelated marketing, resale, list-building, or any purpose beyond the offer. See our Privacy Policy.

13. How is payment handled and taxed?

All listing payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. — we never see or store your card details. Your receipt comes from Stripe on payment. Prices are in USD and exclude any taxes you may owe in your own jurisdiction. If you chose auto-renewal, Stripe stores the payment method and charges $33/month on the same schedule until you cancel.
