What to Post in Your First 30 Days on TikTok GO

A four-week content plan for a new TikTok GO creator, built around videos that stay bookable long after the trend audio dies.

Getting accepted is the easy part. The creators who see commissions in their first quarter are the ones who spend month one building a small library of videos that keep converting, instead of chasing one viral moment.

Because GO pays when a stay completes, your first thirty days are about planting. Here is how to spend them.

Week one: pick the inventory first

Reverse the usual order. Before you film anything, check which properties and activities are bookable through TikTok's travel partners — hotel and things-to-do inventory sits at the centre of the program. Choose three properties you can genuinely speak to, in one city or region.

One region matters more than it sounds. A viewer who saves your Lisbon hotel video will watch the Lisbon dinner video next, and that is when a trip becomes a booking.

Week two: film the booking questions

Every video should answer something a person types into a search bar at 11pm:

  • Which room should I book, and which one is a mistake?
  • What is the walk to town actually like?
  • Is breakfast worth it, or do you eat down the street?
  • What does the pool look like at 4pm when everyone is there?

That is the format. No slow-motion sunset montages without information — those get views and no bookings.

Beauty gets the view. Specifics get the booking.

Week three: tag properly and post evergreen

Tag the property in the video and keep the caption plain. Avoid trend audio for these: a hotel review is a searchable, resurfacing asset, and you want it to still make sense in eleven months. Post the same trip three ways — the room, the neighbourhood, the honest trade-off — so the algorithm has three doors into the same booking.

Week four: read the data, not the ego

Look at saves and shares before likes. Saves are trip intent. A video with 8,000 views and 400 saves is worth more to you than one with 90,000 views and 30 saves. Whatever earned saves is the format you repeat next month.

Then keep a second channel running. Independent affiliate links work on a blog, a newsletter, or a pinned link, and they keep paying where a platform program cannot reach — Travelpayouts is the usual starting point, and TikTok GO vs travel affiliate links compares the two side by side.
