How to Sign Up for Travelpayouts, One Step at a Time

Signing up is not hard. It only feels hard because the words on the screen assume you already know them. So here is the same process, with the words explained as we go.

Before you start, have these ready

• An email address you check.
• Somewhere you publish — a website, a blog, a YouTube channel, a TikTok, an Instagram, even a Pinterest account. This is called your traffic source. It just means "the place your audience sees you."

Step 1 — Create the account

Go to Travelpayouts and sign up. It is free. You will confirm your email like any other website.

Step 2 — Tell them where you publish

Step 3 — Join a program

Inside the dashboard you will see a list of travel brands. Each one is a separate program. Joining a program is like getting a library card for that specific brand — you need one card per library.

Start with one. One program you would actually use yourself. Do not join twenty.

Some programs approve you instantly. Others review your account first, which can take a little time. A pending review is normal, not a rejection.

Step 4 — Find your link

Once you are in a program, look for the tools area. You will find a link you can copy. That link contains a small tag that identifies you. That tag is how the system knows a booking came from your recommendation.

Copy the link. Paste it into a note. Do not lose it in a browser tab you will close.

Step 5 — Test it yourself

Click your own link. Make sure it lands where you expect — the right site, the right page, no error. Testing takes ten seconds and prevents weeks of sending people to a broken page.

Step 6 — Set up how you get paid

There is a payout section in your account. You choose a payout method and there is a minimum balance you must reach before money is sent. Set this up early, while you are already logged in — not months later when you are trying to withdraw.
