Pinehurst Resort Thanksgiving Package 2026: Meals, Family Activities and Optional Golf
The Cradle of American Golf's Thanksgiving package covers your room, breakfast and dinner every day, plus a golf version with a round per night.
Got a golfer in the family? Friend, this is the Thanksgiving that makes everyone happy at the same time. Pinehurst Resort in Pinehurst, North Carolina — "the Cradle of American Golf" — has a Thanksgiving package where your room, your breakfast and your dinner are all handled, and the golfers can tee it up every day.
Why Pinehurst is a great Thanksgiving hotel
Most holiday packages give you a room and maybe a meal. Pinehurst's official Thanksgiving Package includes:
- Accommodations
- Breakfast daily, served in The Cardinal Ballroom
- Dinner throughout your stay, including a 3-course dinner with Thanksgiving specials at The 1895 Grille, Wiregrass or PL8TE
- A schedule of family-friendly activities all holiday weekend
The package runs November 22 – November 29, 2026, so you can turn it into the whole week.
The Thanksgiving Golf Package
Here's the part the golfers will love: Pinehurst also offers a Thanksgiving Golf Package with the same accommodations, dining and family activities, plus one round of golf per night stayed. Stay four nights, play four rounds. That's how you get your dad on the trip without a fight.
Pinehurst Thanksgiving package rates
Pinehurst publishes per-person, per-night package rates by accommodation. On the official page, the listed rates are:
- The Carolina Hotel (Deluxe): $460 and $310
- The Manor: $380 and $270
- The Carolina Villas: $700 and $430
Pinehurst shows single and double occupancy options; rates are per person, subject to tax and resort fee. Two things to know: children ages 5–17 are charged à la carte for meals based on consumption, and the Thanksgiving Brunch is not included in the package. Confirm the rate for your exact occupancy when you book.
Who should book Pinehurst for Thanksgiving
- Multi-generation families with golfers. Golf for them, activities for the kids, dinner for everyone.
- Golf buddy trips. A round every day and a Thanksgiving dinner you didn't cook.
- Planners who like predictable costs. Meals are built in, so you know what the weekend costs.
- Anyone who wants a classic Southern resort holiday.
Why you should book now
The golf package ties tee times to your nights, and holiday-week tee times at a famous golf resort don't stay open long. Room categories like The Carolina Villas are limited. Lock in your dates first, then build the golf and dinners around them.
