Legacy Club at Circa
Sixtieth floor in downtown Las Vegas with an open-air terrace, gold-heavy interior and a view back down toward the Strip. It is a 15-minute drive from the Strip and it is worth the ride — the best open-air elevated bar in Las Vegas.

How to book it properly
Sunset, then the light show. Arrive 45 minutes before sunset and stay through blue hour, when the Strip lights come up and the view changes completely. This is the single best hour on any Vegas rooftop.
Check for minimums. Elevated venues here often run table minimums or reserved-seating fees on weekends. Ask before you commit.
Dress code and age policy. Most enforce both after 8pm, and both change on event weekends.
Fountain timing. If the Bellagio fountains are the reason you are booking at Paris, check the current show schedule so your table lines up with a show.
Summer reality. June through September, an open terrace before 8pm is hot. Book late.
