Season and timing
June through September, an exposed Dallas rooftop before 8pm is hot in a way that ends evenings early. Book late, or plan for a covered, misted terrace.
March through May and late September through November are the good months, and weekend sunset tables in those windows should be booked two to three weeks out.
Storm season matters too. Spring thunderstorms in North Texas arrive fast and hard; if the terrace has no cover, have an indoor fallback in the same building.
